Learn the tricks and techniques of sushi chefs in the wine lounge!!

Sushi 101 class is comprehensive, teaching the basics of making quality sushi at home.

You will create, and eat your own sushi!

What is provided: sushi chef, chopsticks, soy sauce, Wasabi, sushi, rolling mats, ingredients, etc., and online notes that you can refer to in order to make sushi at home. One complimentary glass of sparkling.

**Small surprises from Japan will also be presented!

**If you have any allergies to shrimp, gluten, sodium, etc., we can ensure that specific seats are customized so please mention those allergies in the notes at checkout.
